High-Precision Agricultural Metal Fabrication & OEM/ODM Tooling
From 3D CAD modeling and H13 forging dies to ductile iron casting, robotic tungsten-carbide cladding, and Zeiss CMM dimensional inspection. We manufacture custom agricultural components tailored to your exact metallurgy and GD&T specs.
Core Manufacturing Processes & Tolerances
Eliminate sub-supplier delays. We operate integrated casting foundries, forging lines, heat treatment furnaces, and CNC machining centers under one ISO 9001 roof.
Precision Casting & High-Tonnage Forging
Equipped with automated green sand casting, lost foam casting, and 1,000T - 4,000T hot die forging presses. We produce dense, crack-free agricultural metal parts with continuous grain flow for maximum impact resistance.
5-Axis CNC Milling, Turning & Spline Broaching
High-precision computer numerical control machining centers ensure tight tolerances for hydraulic valve housings, planetary gear hubs, spline shafts, and tractor axle sleeves.
Atmospheric & Vacuum Heat Treatment
In-house controlled atmosphere carburizing, multi-purpose box quenching, high-frequency tooth induction hardening, and salt-bath nitrocarburizing (QPQ) to optimize wear resistance.
Full Lab Quality Assurance & CMM 3D Inspection
Every production batch undergoes spectral chemical analysis, metallographic examination, dynamic balancing, and full 3D coordinate measurement before packing.
Step-by-Step OEM Project Workflow
How we take your product from concept or 2D/3D blueprint to mass production delivery in 5 clear milestones.
DFM Feasibility Analysis
Within 24 hours of receiving your .STEP or .DWG drawing, our engineers provide tooling feasibility, material grade optimization, and cost breakdown.
Tooling & Mold Development
In-house CNC mold and die fabrication takes 15–20 days. High-durability H13 tool steel molds guarantee long tool lifecycles.
Sample Approval & CMM Report
We provide First Article Inspection (FAI), 3D Zeiss CMM measurement reports, spectral chemical composition certs, and physical sample air-shipment.
Batch Production & Heat Treat
Automated forging/casting, multi-axis CNC machining, atmospheric carburizing, and continuous online quality monitoring.
Protective Packaging & Export
VCI anti-corrosion barrier packaging, custom brand labeling/laser marking, and consolidated container delivery to your seaport.
Zero-Defect Quality Control System
Agricultural parts must withstand extreme cyclic shocks, abrasive rock contacts, and high torque loads. Our on-site testing facility ensures compliance with international DIN, ISO, and ASTM standards across all 8 production part categories.
Measures complex geometry, geometric tolerances (GD&T), runout, and spline pitch with accuracy down to ±0.002 mm.
Verifies chemical alloying elements (Boron, Chromium, Manganese, Carbon, Molybdenum) before pouring each casting ladle.
Certifies ISO 1940 G2.5 balance on high-speed rollers and 500-hour mud immersion endurance on sealed agricultural hub bearings.
Validates electrophoretic, Dacromet, and zinc-plated coating durability up to 500+ hours continuous exposure.
International Quality Accreditations
Our facility and export products comply with global regulatory frameworks:
Quality Management System Certified
Automotive & Heavy Equipment Standard Compliance
European Conformity Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
Hazardous Substance Compliance for Global Export
We respect customer proprietary designs. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) are signed prior to CAD drawing transmission.

OEM & Foundry Questions
What CAD file formats do you accept for custom agricultural casting or forging quotes?
Our engineering team works natively with 3D STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), Parasolid (.x_t), and SolidWorks (.sldprt) models alongside 2D PDF/DWG tolerance drawings. If drawings are unavailable, you can courier two physical samples for Zeiss 3D optical reverse engineering.
How long does custom forging die or ductile-iron casting pattern development take?
In-house CNC fabrication of H13 hot-forging dies and metal casting patterns typically completes within 15 to 20 working days, followed by First Article Inspection (FAI) samples with full CMM dimensional and spectrometer chemical reports.
Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and grant exclusive mold ownership?
Yes. We execute mutual NDAs prior to receiving proprietary CAD files, and custom tooling paid for by an OEM or private-label distributor is quarantined exclusively for that client’s production runs.
